(Ni liza bg resepi utk 3 ekor ikan talapia saiz sederhana, korang siap siang dan perap dengan air asam utk hilangkan bau hanyirnya. Pastu bilas bersih)&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan beras, digoreng tanpa minyak (jgn sampai hangus, agak2 dah putih atau perang skit tutup api) dan ditumbuk kasar&lt;br /&gt;9 keping asam gelugur&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;Taburkan sedikit beras di dasar botol. Masukkan seekor ikan. Tabur beras goreng , garam dan 3 keping asam. Lapiskan seekor ikan dan tabur beras goreng, garam dan 3 keping asam. Lakukan sehingga habis. Ketika membuatnya, tak perlu tambah air sebab ikan tersebut sudah mengandungi air. Peram ikan perkasam tadi selama seminggu. Kalau liza... terus masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk. Biarkan selama seminggu. Pastu dah boleh goreng dah. Roti ni memang lembut dan sangat mengenyangkan. Bagi yang ingin menukar selera bila dah jemu makan nasi, bolehlah cuba roti naan ni. Cicah dengan kuah kari, pudina chutney, keema, kari kambing dan sewaktu dengannya. Memang terangkat. Tapi, selalunya liza suka beli set bersama ayam tandoori. Kalau makan sorang memang tak boleh habis. Selalunya, liza kongsi dengan hubby. Hai... sehati sejiwa la katakan. Hehehe....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Roti Naan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resipi Asal: P.Desai&lt;br /&gt;Penyumbang resipi: Puan Palatable (Forum GDB)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;250g Maida (All purpose flour)&lt;br /&gt;1 Teaspoon Dried Yeast&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1 Tablespoon Kalonji (Nigella seeds) tak letak pun boleh&lt;br /&gt;1 Teaspoon Salt&lt;br /&gt;1 Teaspoon Caster Sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 Tablespoon Curd (Yogurt)&lt;br /&gt;2 Teaspoon Oil&lt;br /&gt;1/4 Cup Warm Milk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Warm Water&lt;br /&gt;1 Egg (Optional)&lt;br /&gt;Butter&lt;br /&gt;Chopped Coriander for garnishing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;1. Sieve Maida, salt, baking powder together in a bowl. Add Kalonji in the flour.&lt;br /&gt;2. In warm milk dissolve dry yeast, let it dissolve till it becomes frothy.&lt;br /&gt;3. If using egg, beat the egg with caster sugar and add it in the flour.&lt;br /&gt;4. Add oil to the flour and mix it properly.&lt;br /&gt;5. Use warm water for kneading the dough. After adding the warm water knead the dough. Knead the dough for 10 minutes for fluffy and soft Naan.&lt;br /&gt;6. Once the dough is kneaded brush it with oil and cover it with cling film. Let it rest for 1 - 2 hours in warm place. The dough will get double in size.&lt;br /&gt;7. Make small balls from the dough and let the balls rest for 20 minutes. Now roll out the naan in desired shape, preferrably oval in shape.&lt;br /&gt;8. Pre heat the oven on 180 degree celcius. Grease the bakin tray with butter and place the rolled out Naan and bake the Naan for 15 - 20 Minutes till it becomes fluffy and you see brown patches.&lt;br /&gt;9. Once the Naan is ready brush it with butter and sprinkle chopped coriander on top. serve it with any rich Curry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota : Saya masak gunakan kuali leper saja. Baking powder dan kalonji tidak saya gunakan. Rasanya ada masam-masam dan bermentol skit. Selain itu, aroma khasnya membuatnya chutney ni lebih terasa istimewa. Kata Puan Palatable (forum GDB), side dish ni boleh  dilawankan dgn naan, capati atau parotta. Semasa menyediakannya jgn campur air kerana kalau cair rasanya akan menjadi kurang sedap. Biasanya di India mereka gunakan batu giling untuk melumatkan bahan-bahan membuat Chutney ni.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:130%;" &gt;PUDINA CHUTNEY&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Penyumbang resipi: Puan Palatable&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pudina leaves(mint leaves) : 2 cups&lt;br /&gt;Coriander leaves : 2 cups&lt;br /&gt;Green chillies : 3 or 4 nos.(according to taste)&lt;br /&gt;Tamarind or : size of a marble&lt;br /&gt;Tamarind paste : 1 tsp.&lt;br /&gt;Jaggery : 1 tbsp.&lt;br /&gt;Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;Curry leaves and ginger: optional&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wash the pudina leaves and coriander leaves and green chillies in running water and wipe with clean towel to remove all the moisture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If using tamarind, soak in 2 tbsp. of hot water. Kalau&lt;br /&gt;tak suka pedas kurangkan cilinya. Peas itu kak gantikan dgn kentang dan&lt;br /&gt;karot yang dipotong dadu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   * 2 tbsp ghee, butter or oil&lt;br /&gt;   * 2 medium-sized onions (100g each), quartered and thinly sliced&lt;br /&gt;   * 20g ginger, finely chopped&lt;br /&gt;   * 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped&lt;br /&gt;   * 1 green chilli, finely chopped&lt;br /&gt;   * 1 piece cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;   * 3 cardamoms&lt;br /&gt;   * 300g lamb or beef minced or cubed&lt;br /&gt;   * 2 tbsp curry powder&lt;br /&gt;   * 2 tbsp chilli powder&lt;br /&gt;   * 2 tomatoes (250g), roughly chopped&lt;br /&gt;   * 1 1/2 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;   * 1 cup fresh or frozen peas&lt;br /&gt;   * 1/2 cup coriander leaves and stalks, roughly chopped&lt;br /&gt;   * 1/2 cup mint leaves, roughly chopped&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. In a pan, heat the ghee and fry half the onions until they begin to brown. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli and whole spices.&lt;br /&gt;2. Cook 2-3 mins and add the lamb, stirring until meat browns. Add curry powder and chilli powder and cook for 1-2 minutes, add chopped tomatoes. Cook on medium heat until the tomatoes break down, then add a cup of water.&lt;br /&gt;3. Lower heat, stir in the salt and simmer, partially covered, until lamb is tender - about 20 mins. Add peas and cook for a few minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease twelve 1/3-cup capacity muffin holes.&lt;br /&gt;2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until onion is soft. Add curry powder and&lt;br /&gt;carrot. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Allow to cool.&lt;br /&gt;3. Sift flour into a bowl. Combine butter, egg and milk in a jug. Mix well. Pour into flour. Stir gently until almost combined. Fold in carrot mixture. Spoon mixture into muffin holes until three-quarters full.&lt;br /&gt;4.
